💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Launch Potato's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and compliance posture. You'll build the SRE function from the ground up so product teams can ship faster without compromising reliability, security, or cost control. This role offers the opportunity to shape the SRE practice and complete a multi-account migration for a high-growth digital media company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platform
• Build SRE practice including on-call rotation and PagerDuty configuration
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero downtime
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence
• Implement automated deployment rollback for ECS and Lambda

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience
• Deep Terraform expertise
• Experience building SRE function from scratch
• CI/CD pipeline ownership in previous role
• Experience with PagerDuty and on-call rotation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-site company where PaaS or microservices are required
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and Grafana
• Experience with cost reporting and budget anomaly detection
