💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of next-generation electrical components for sidewalk delivery robots, managing Asia-based suppliers. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless transition from design to high-volume manufacturing while aligning supplier capabilities with the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and manage regional electrical and electromechanical suppliers.
• Bridge US engineering and Asia-based manufacturing teams.
• Develop and track NPI schedules from proto to mass production.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of program management in electromechanical systems.
• Experience with Asia-based manufacturing ecosystems.
• Proficiency in PLM software like Arena and tools like JIRA.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering or MBA with Operations focus.
• Experience with EV battery powertrain or sensor technologies.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency for real-time troubleshooting.
