💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end production of vertical short drama series, working with our in-house AI copilot for character consistency and trailer generation. You'll direct, edit, and finish each episode, bringing storytelling and craft to 1-2 series at a time. This role combines experienced mini-drama storytelling with cutting-edge AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1–2 vertical drama series at a time
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode yourself
• Create scripts with hooks and cliffhangers
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators and tech team

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts for hooks and minute-to-minute escalation
• Experience with AI generation tools like Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Familiarity with additional AI video tools (Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance)
