You'll own CodeRabbit's end-to-end commission function, designing infrastructure and tooling from the ground up. You'll ensure accurate and transparent commission processing and serve as the primary compensation expert across teams. This is a build role at a category-defining AI company where you'll leverage AI tools to scale operations.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Calculate, audit, and process monthly commission payouts accurately and on time
  • Lead compensation plan design including quotas, ramps, and accelerators
  • Select and implement a commissions management system vendor
  • Maintain comp policies, plan docs, and resolve disputes as single source of truth
  • Deliver attainment, plan performance, and cost-of-sales analysis reports

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales compensation or revenue operations at B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to own commissions end-to-end from plan design to monthly processing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and no-excuses accuracy standard
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex comp mechanics for reps and leadership
