๐ผ About This Role
You'll own CodeRabbit's end-to-end commission function, designing infrastructure and tooling from the ground up. You'll ensure accurate and transparent commission processing and serve as the primary compensation expert across teams. This is a build role at a category-defining AI company where you'll leverage AI tools to scale operations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Calculate, audit, and process monthly commission payouts accurately and on time
- Lead compensation plan design including quotas, ramps, and accelerators
- Select and implement a commissions management system vendor
- Maintain comp policies, plan docs, and resolve disputes as single source of truth
- Deliver attainment, plan performance, and cost-of-sales analysis reports
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales compensation or revenue operations at B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to own commissions end-to-end from plan design to monthly processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and no-excuses accuracy standard
- Strong communication skills to translate complex comp mechanics for reps and leadership
