You'll support a US real estate firm by underwriting office, mixed-use, and urban assets. You'll build and maintain financial models in Excel and analyze property cash flows using ARGUS Enterprise. This role offers the chance to work remotely while collaborating with a US-based team on institutional-quality transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Underwrite commercial real estate deals including office, mixed-use, and urban infill assets
• Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel for acquisitions and development
• Analyze property-level cash flows and valuations using ARGUS Enterprise
• Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and market data

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or investment analysis
• ARGUS Enterprise experience
• Excel modeling skills
• Debt underwriting experience including DSCR and loan sizing

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to US real estate markets
• Experience with residential or mixed-use developments
• Background in real estate private equity or development firms
