🎯 What You'll Do

• Define facility operations strategy including SLAs and incident management
• Oversee third-party deployment and maintenance of facility infrastructure
• Create standards for monitoring data center systems and minimizing risk
• Develop innovative approaches to improve time to market and equipment availability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center facility operations as a manager or technical lead
• Proven track record overseeing a portfolio of mission critical systems
• Subject matter expert in facility operations process development
• Experience in third-party partner relationship management

✨ Nice to Have

• 15+ years managing operations for large scale data centers
• Understanding of AI/ML workloads including power and cooling
• Experience with technology cooling solutions like rear door heat exchangers
