Description

You will own the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and GenAI-driven algorithms for search, recommendation, and behavioral insights to personalize digital customer experiences. You'll work with a centralized data science team to integrate and scale ML components into production-level systems handling terabytes of data.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related with strong math and Python skills
• 8+ years building ML-driven fast and scalable algorithms
• Strong awareness of Generative AI and LLMs
• Experience with classification, information retrieval, clustering, knowledge graphs, ranking
• Proficiency in SQL (Redshift/BigQuery) for data analysis at scale

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ML/AI models for Search and Recommendation
• Process historical data, search queries, product catalog, and images to extract features
• Research cutting-edge ML techniques, especially deep learning, and conduct POCs
• Integrate and scale ML components with Data Engineers to production level
• Own data analysis and A/B test debugging, providing data-driven direction
