💼 About This Role

You'll act as a product manager for the field, bridging customer business problems with Databricks' technical solutions. You'll define and deliver AI pilot projects from discovery to production launch. This role offers a rare mix of C-suite interaction and hands-on execution.

• Partner with Sales to discover and quantify business value
• Author PRD, prioritize backlog, and perform QA testing
• Drive agile project execution and manage stakeholder communications
• Own launch, capture user feedback, and drive adoption

📋 Requirements

• Executive presence and C-suite communication skills
• Product strategy mindset with ability to define what and why
• Relentless execution and hands-on mentality
• Experience in value-based scoping and agile project management
