You'll lead KREM's multi-platform news operation, championing high standards for engaging storytelling and investigative excellence. Your core impact will drive coverage that serves the Spokane community across broadcast, digital, and streaming. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daypart teams to create impactful newscasts across platforms
• Coach producers to execute engaging, audience-focused newscasts
• Coach reporters and anchors for compelling, conversational performance
• Lead recruitment to build a team reflecting the community

📋 Requirements

• College degree in journalism or related field
• 5–7 years of news experience including newsroom leadership
• Proven ability to produce engaging, urgent content-driven newscasts
• Strong writing and organizational skills in deadline-driven environment

• Experience with special programming
• Solid social media skills and audience engagement understanding
• Experience with shooting, editing, and content management systems
