๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead BILL's Business Development organization, driving the team upmarket and overseeing a large team of BDR managers and reps. You'll set the vision for outbound strategy and ABM motions, while championing AI tools. This role offers high impact in a rapidly growing fintech company with a direct report to the SVP of Sales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 BDR managers and 50+ reps
  • Drive outbound strategy and Account-Based Marketing motions
  • Launch and leverage AI tools for sales development
  • Partner with AE leaders and Ops to drive conversions and data usage

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Second-line leadership experience with at least 2 years at that level
  • Leading a team of approximately 50 people at scale
  • Experience launching and leveraging AI tools for inbound and outbound motions
  • Driving outbound strategy and ABM motions in a larger organization
