๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead BILL's Business Development organization, driving the team upmarket and overseeing a large team of BDR managers and reps. You'll set the vision for outbound strategy and ABM motions, while championing AI tools. This role offers high impact in a rapidly growing fintech company with a direct report to the SVP of Sales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 BDR managers and 50+ reps
- Drive outbound strategy and Account-Based Marketing motions
- Launch and leverage AI tools for sales development
- Partner with AE leaders and Ops to drive conversions and data usage
๐ Requirements
- Second-line leadership experience with at least 2 years at that level
- Leading a team of approximately 50 people at scale
- Experience launching and leveraging AI tools for inbound and outbound motions
- Driving outbound strategy and ABM motions in a larger organization
