You will support and maintain client relationships, resolve benefits-related issues, conduct reviews, and provide guidance on compliance. You'll also prepare meeting materials, manage carrier and vendor relationships, and develop employee communication objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • State life and health license (or ability to obtain)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to present information in group settings (in person and virtual)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and foster relationships with client representatives
  • Research and resolve client issues and requests in a timely manner
  • Prepare materials and actively participate in client meetings
  • Oversee new vendor/carrier implementations and review contracts
  • Develop short and long-term employee communication objectives
