You will support and maintain client relationships, resolve benefits-related issues, conduct reviews, and provide guidance on compliance. You'll also prepare meeting materials, manage carrier and vendor relationships, and develop employee communication objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- State life and health license (or ability to obtain)
- Intermediate MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to present information in group settings (in person and virtual)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and foster relationships with client representatives
- Research and resolve client issues and requests in a timely manner
- Prepare materials and actively participate in client meetings
- Oversee new vendor/carrier implementations and review contracts
- Develop short and long-term employee communication objectives
