You'll drive business and product insights for Paytm's AI platform, partnering with Product and Business teams to shape strategy. Your core impact is converting complex data into actionable intelligence that influences key metrics and growth levers. This role stands out for its ownership of the full insight lifecycle in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive insights across merchant acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Define and track key metrics and north-star KPIs with Product teams.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on merchant behavior, funnels, and cohorts.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reports.
• Support A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics in product-led organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver insights.

• Working knowledge of Python / R for advanced analysis.
