Description

You will partner with product and program teams to define and execute configuration management plans, ensure engineering changes are properly documented and communicated, and lead configuration control forums. This role is critical to maintaining product baselines and improving change processes.

Requirements

• Experience with Teamcenter software for managing engineering changes
• Knowledge of EBOM, MBOM, and product configuration schema
• Strong understanding of configuration management standards
• Ability to develop and implement training programs
• Experience with design gate reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR)

Responsibilities

• Define and implement configuration management plans for key programs
• Manage engineering change requests and impact analyses
• Lead Configuration Control Board and Technical Review Board meetings
• Analyze product baselines in Teamcenter for compliance
• Facilitate cross-functional impact assessments and mitigation strategies
