You'll lead a last-mile distribution hub, managing teams and ensuring smooth deliveries for Picnic's online grocery service. Your core impact is optimizing hub operations and coaching runners to achieve perfect on-time performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and coach your team of runners for success.
• Manage shift schedules and runner onboarding and development.
• Oversee receiving of fresh goods, coordinate replenishments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and central warehouse teams.

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar.
• First team leadership experience (professional or coaching).
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
