🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks and candidate coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and welcome new hires.
• Create and update internal HR processes and SOPs.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll and benefits.
