You will lead CRM transformation projects, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics, and shape digital sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies. Collaborate with global teams to roll out new customer management solutions and enable users.

Requirements

• Several years of project experience in CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) and Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience as (sub-)project lead in CRM strategy, solution implementation, or transformation
• Strong understanding of methodological applications
• Excellent degree in business, engineering, or IT
• Excellent German and English skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation projects in CRM, sales, and marketing
• Define and implement CRM strategies and digital customer journeys with Microsoft Dynamics
• Design concepts for digital sales, marketing, and customer experience
• Manage international/global rollouts for new CRM solutions
• Enable users on new processes and tools
