Description

You will lead the financial consolidation and audit processes for Raisin, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under IFRS and managing external audits. This role involves leading a team of group accountants, collaborating with subsidiary finance teams, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's or CPA/CIMA/IFRS-Accountant preferred
• 5+ years in financial consolidation and auditing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of German Commercial Code and IFRS
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Workiva, and advanced Excel
• Experience in a multinational or multi-entity organization

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for group entities in accordance with IFRS
• Act as primary liaison with internal and external auditors, oversee audit schedules and documentation
• Manage and grow a team of group accountants, set goals, monitor progress, conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement improvements to consolidation and audit processes
