💼 About This Role

You'll establish and own payroll and equity operations for Fundraise Up's global workforce. Your core impact will be defining scalable processes, ensuring compliance, and building audit-ready controls. This foundational role offers rare ownership in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global payroll delivery for all non-GTM employees.
• Establish standardized payroll calendar and funding cadence.
• Manage equity program end-to-end (grants, exercises, terminations).
• Design scalable payroll and equity controls framework.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience with EOR models.
• Hands-on experience with an equity administration platform (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, Pulley).
• Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718).
• Demonstrated experience building or improving payroll controls.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in high-growth or venture-backed company.
• Experience with global equity tax treatment (ISO, NSO, RSU, ESPP).
