💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team responsible for how Pinners connect with people and communities they trust, driving retention and engagement. You'll shape social experiences that feel distinctly Pinterest: safe, personal, and grounded in shared interests. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management (Growth).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Connections strategy and roadmap end-to-end
• Shape social experiences that feel personal and low-pressure
• Partner with cross-functional teams for cohesive experiences
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers

📋 Requirements

• Track record of driving engagement and growth through product work
• Experience leading and developing PM teams across seniority levels
• Strength in horizontal leadership aligning multiple teams and stakeholders
• Technical depth in recommendations, social graphs, messaging, and experimentation

• Experience with safety, integrity, or wellbeing in social products
• Building cross-platform social primitives (follows, groups, messaging)
