You'll join Aircall's Sales team to sell an AI-powered customer communications platform to SMB and Mid-Market businesses. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging a consultative approach to uncover pain points and demonstrate value. This role offers uncapped commission and a path for individual growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and build pipeline through outbound efforts
- Guide prospects through sales cycle, documenting in Salesforce
- Conduct discovery calls and tailored demos using consultative selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities
📋 Requirements
- 12+ months of closing SMB/Mid-Market business in SaaS
- Consistent attainment of quota and revenue goals
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Familiarity with SPICED Sales Methodology
