💼 About This Role

You'll join Aircall's Sales team to sell an AI-powered customer communications platform to SMB and Mid-Market businesses. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging a consultative approach to uncover pain points and demonstrate value. This role offers uncapped commission and a path for individual growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and build pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Guide prospects through sales cycle, documenting in Salesforce
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailored demos using consultative selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 12+ months of closing SMB/Mid-Market business in SaaS
  • Consistent attainment of quota and revenue goals
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with SPICED Sales Methodology
