You'll be the main point of contact during the first weeks, training clients on optimal tool usage to digitalize their processes. • Guide new customers from contract signing to successful go-live
• Serve as main point of contact during the first weeks post-training
• Advise customers on optimal tool usage to simplify daily operations
• Plan and organize weekly schedule, preparing accounts and tracking tasks

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in German and working proficiency in English
• Driver's license and willingness to travel in the field
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse personalities
• Independent and structured work style
