• Trash pick-up and cleaning trash area daily
• Pull weeds, rake leaves, and water grounds
• Sweep halls and curbs at least once a week
• Assist with snow removal and painting tasks

📋 Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lb and perform physical tasks
• Previous multifamily or commercial cleaning experience preferred
