You will own mission-critical workflows for the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process under the No Surprises Act. Responsibilities include managing provider disputes, leading negotiations with business support, preparing arbitration briefs, and tracking policy developments to inform enterprise strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in humanities, legal studies, political science, public policy, public health or related field
  • 2+ years cross-functional project management experience
  • 2+ years experience communicating/presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • 2+ years experience distilling complex issues into actionable items for varied audiences
  • 2+ years experience with legislative tracking software and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert on state/federal IDR legislative matters and apply regulations to processes
  • Prepare clear, concise case briefs and manage multiple assignments under strict deadlines
  • Act as point of contact for provider IDR negotiations and perform eligibility reviews
  • Manage end-to-end administrative lifecycle of disputes, maintaining real-time updates and documentation
  • Independently manage workload in compliance with regulatory timelines
