You'll lead the development and execution of multi-year Food & Beverage category strategies for a portfolio of venues in collaboration with operations, culinary, and finance teams. Your work will drive cost optimization, supplier innovation, and service quality across national and local supplier networks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute multi-year Food & Beverage category strategies
• Manage complex RFPs and commercial negotiations
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with Food & Beverage exposure
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale or multi-site sourcing strategies
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills for high-value agreements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred

• Familiarity with Coupa procurement system
• Understanding of supplier diversity and ESG initiatives
• Experience with data-driven sourcing methodologies
