🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure each shipment represents the brand excellently.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Hold regular statuses with Leads to maximize training.
• Pre-plan with carriers to meet capacity expectations.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, plan forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience in process mapping and SOP documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and long hours during peak periods.
