💼 About This Role

You'll drive cross-functional security initiatives as the operational backbone of the Security organization. You'll coordinate programs, define metrics, and ensure accountability across teams including Security Engineering, Product Security, and GRC to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive planning and execution of cross-functional security initiatives
• Coordinate work across Security, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams
• Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for program health

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience within a Security function
• Experience managing technical programs involving security and technical teams
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into structured programs

• Experience within a cybersecurity or security organization
• Familiarity with SOC operations, product security, or compliance
• Experience developing metrics and executive reporting
