You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple teams at AXS, a leader in live event ticketing. Your work will directly shape talent strategies that connect fans with unforgettable experiences. This role offers exposure to employer branding and process improvements in a fast-paced tech and entertainment environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Source talent through diverse channels and build pipelines.
• Analyze and refine talent acquisition models for DEI.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree (4-year)
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in-house
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
