Description

You will manage end-to-end data architecture and pipeline strategy for the firm's research management platform, design and oversee data ingress and egress pipelines, and lead a team of data engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in data engineering and data platform development.
• Proven leadership mentoring data engineers and driving technical direction.
• Hands-on expertise with MongoDB, SQL-based systems, and Databricks.
• Deep experience building robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency data systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data architecture and pipeline strategy for research management platform.
• Design and oversee data ingress pipelines for low-latency, analyst-facing dashboards.
• Ensure data pipelines meet high standards for availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Define and enforce modeling standards for research workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of data engineers.
