You'll own the field marketing function for Speak for Business in South Korea, driving enterprise pipeline contribution. You'll co-own territory plans with Sales, build partner ecosystems, and execute events that connect marketing directly to revenue. This role offers the chance to shape the B2B marketing engine for a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan annual and quarterly marketing strategies tied to pipeline goals
• Own the Korea enterprise event calendar end-to-end with budget management
• Build and manage strategic partner ecosystem for joint lead generation
• Deliver regular reporting on event ROI, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with field or demand generation focus
• Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) across workflows and reporting
• Strong written and verbal Korean; working English proficiency
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external partners
