• Lead incident command, partnering with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Improve tools and processes for manageability, observability, and resiliency.
• Oversee the daily release process and escalate release-related issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in incident management, operations, or technical support.
• Experience leading technical incidents to resolution.
• Strong background with observability tools like Datadog.
• Understanding of release management, DevOps, and SRE concepts.
