🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives to achieve on-time performance goals for the base
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans
• Coach and develop flight attendants to exceed performance levels
• Conduct fact-finding and investigation meetings

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 1 year experience as a flight attendant
• 2 years experience managing people
• 1 year managing in a union environment
