💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate resource planning and documentation for cutting-edge VTOL counter-UAS interceptor production at Anduril's new hyperscale manufacturing facility. Your work will directly impact autonomous air defense operations and rebuilding America's defense industrial base. This role includes a 3-month training program at HQ in Costa Mesa with housing and transportation provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and track parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate physical movement of parts across work centers and off-site processing.
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP/MES data.
• Develop reports highlighting needs, deliverables, and constraints.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
• 2+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent).

• 2+ years handling parts in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or electronic manufacturing.
• APICS certification or Lean Manufacturing Principles.
