💼 About This Role

You'll support all Compliance and Regulatory matters for Dlocal's operations in the MENA region, helping enable business growth while preventing regulatory and legal harm. You'll provide expert advice on fintech regulations and maintain oversight for Dlocal's legal entities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal expertise on fintech regulations in MENA countries.
• Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements and risks.
• Liaise with stakeholders to drive compliance across divisions.
• Maintain compliance calendar and submit regulatory returns.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in regulatory/compliance or legal advisory.
• Advanced degree in law, compliance, finance, or similar.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience in international payments/fintech or law firm.

• Experience in AML & CFT regulations.
• Data privacy expertise.
