💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with brands to optimize their cash across cash management, bill pay, and forecast health on our agentic platform. You'll be the primary channel feeding what you learn back into what we build. Every manual workflow you run today is a candidate for tomorrow's autonomous capability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and operate customer workflows across cash management and AP
• Work hands-on with the agentic platform to prompt, evaluate, and tune behavior
• Spot patterns across customers and translate them into product asks
• Prototype new AI-powered workflows to meet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing or strategy & operations role
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down financial problems
• Hands-on experience tinkering with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor
• Understanding of core financial concepts (cash flow, P&L, AP/AR)

• Experience working in fintech, AI, or early-stage startups
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Computer Science
