You'll partner with sales reps to prepare proposals, estimate costs, and close deals for commercial roofing projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform take-offs and write proposals for commercial roofing jobs
• Generate and maintain relationships with property managers and contractors
• Write picking lists, order materials, and arrange permits

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales)
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, and PVC membrane roofing
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to read drawings and spec books for take-offs and estimation

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with modified, shingle, and metal standing seam roofing
• Construction/roofing industry experience
• Military service
