You'll own the operational software layer of a cutting-edge weather intelligence company. You'll serve as the primary technical bridge between operational priorities and software execution. You'll also mentor and multiply the output of the engineering team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own internal operational tools and systems
• Define engineering priorities for ops work
• Translate operational needs into technical approaches
• Conduct technical code reviews and maintain quality

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience
• Full stack proficiency (Ruby on Rails, Python, Rust, Postgres)
• Experience building internal tooling or platform systems
• Proven track record improving system reliability or observability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with atmospheric, geospatial, or sensor data systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms in government contexts
• Active security clearance
