You'll perform hands-on qualification testing of Mainspring's Linear Generator units, working closely with engineering teams to root cause issues and scale testing processes. You'll develop automated data reports and collaborate with manufacturing to ramp up production testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate Linear Generator units for qualification testing
• Develop and automate testing processes and infrastructure
• Generate and analyze data reports, identify root causes
• Collaborate with manufacturing team on automation scaling

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or physics with 3+ years experience
• Experience with experimental hardware projects
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB
• Project management experience
