You'll join our rapidly growing Sales team to help qualify and close opportunities through sales presentations and product demonstrations. You'll engage new and existing users to show how they can be more successful with Redpanda. This role stands out as you'll be part of a people-first organization backed by premier venture investors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Engage new and existing users to demonstrate product success
- Conduct outbound activity using Sales Navigator, Gong, ZoomInfo
- Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns with multiple stakeholders
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of revenue and new logos
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Open Source software + SaaS business models
- Proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software
- Significant enterprise sales experience in a hunter role
- Track record of closing enterprise and mid-market deals
โจ Nice to Have
- Startup or pre-IPO experience
- Experience selling Agentic AI
- MEDDIC and/or COM training
