💼 About This Role

You'll review chatbot conversations to identify errors and collaborate with Support Operations on improvements. You'll gain exposure to structured and generative AI approaches, building practical understanding of modern conversational AI in a customer support environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review chatbot conversation logs to identify errors and misrouted topics.
• Run reports and analysis using reporting tools and Excel to track performance.
• Evaluate conversations for accuracy, tone, and resolution quality.
• Document findings and present data-backed recommendations to the team.

📋 Requirements

• Must be a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate student.
• Must be available at least 25 hours per week for 10 weeks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days in Glendale.
• Interest in AI chatbots and conversational AI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn.
• Interest in chatbot design, NLP, or UX writing.
