🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Analyze KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CAC, retention, and LTV.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams on ad creatives.
• Conduct rapid experimentation across channels and audiences.

📋 Requirements

• 4 to 10+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience managing monthly paid media budgets from $300K to over $1M.
• Strong expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
• Advanced analytical skills using GA4, Voluum, or attribution tools.
