You'll maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of residential property common areas. You'll perform physically demanding tasks like mowing, trimming, and pressure-washing to ensure the property is safe and appealing. This role offers immediate hiring with a focus on collegiate environments.

• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Mow lawns, trim plantings, rake leaves, and apply weed/feed.
• Clean pool and spa per manufacturer specs and code.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of grounds maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
