Description

You will lead data science for Monzo's Business Banking team, shaping product strategy, prioritisation, and measurement through rigorous experimentation and AI/ML. You'll work closely with leadership to drive data-driven decisions and scale a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in product data science
• 3+ years in Senior or Lead positions within Data Science or Analytics
• Experience managing high performing senior teams of 8-10 people
• Empathetic leadership with experience managing data scientists and analytics engineers
• Practical understanding of shipping/operating ML in a product environment

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and prioritisation with data-driven recommendations
• Champion rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to bring ideas to life
• Build AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and ensure responsible evaluation and monitoring
• Drive product innovation and see impact through product changes
• Manage and develop a team of data scientists and analytics engineers
