💼 About This Role

You'll support IMA's core values and handle Executive Risk claims across DO, EPLI, Crime, and Cyber lines. You'll advocate for optimal claim resolutions and build strong client relationships. This role offers a chance to contribute to team development and participate in claim projects at a nationally recognized firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advocate for timely, optimal resolution of claim matters for clients
• Communicate pertinent claim information to internal and external clients
• Participate in presentations including new business, RFPs, and claim reviews
• Assist Claim Manager with staff onboarding, training, and development

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of prior Claims experience in Executive Risk or Property coverage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional technical skill in coverage and claims handling
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills

• System skills in Applied Epic, Carrier, and TPA platforms
• Proficiency with MS Office products
