You'll lead the revenue enablement strategy for a company revolutionizing aerospace manufacturing through autonomous factories. You'll align data, processes, and people across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable revenue growth and operational excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own revenue reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
• Optimize sales processes and enforce CRM best practices
• Align revenue activities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
• Lead sales compensation design and administration

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Director of Revenue or Sales Operations roles
• Experience building strategy and process in a high-growth environment
• SQL proficiency and data structure understanding
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI

• Familiarity with government contracting or ITAR compliance
• Experience supporting key account programs and program managers
• Ability to translate technical data into commercial strategy
