You'll partner with Engineering and Product leaders at a high-growth fraud detection SaaS company. You'll drive org design, manager capability, and team effectiveness. This is a strategic embedded role, not a generalist one, with impact on scaling a globally distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach engineering and product managers on feedback and performance management
• Diagnose team dynamics and drive interventions to improve execution
• Lead calibration cycles, talent assessments, and compensation cycles
• Partner with leaders on scaling org structure and role clarity

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years in an HRBP role supporting technical teams in high-growth SaaS
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior technical leaders
• Experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing interventions
• Deep coaching experience with managers and senior ICs

• Experience with globally distributed remote teams
• Familiarity with R&D operating rhythms and technical environments
• Understanding of fraud detection or developer tools industry
