Description

You will provide virtual therapy to college students with a flexible schedule, focusing on evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to collaborate with campus providers and administrative support to enhance student mental health care.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Minnesota
• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with diagnostic assessments
• Adept at treating a diverse cohort of students respectfully
• Equipped with laptop/desktop with video camera and stable internet connection
• Minimum 8 hours weekly availability during academic year, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as MI, CBT, ACT, DBT
• Collaborate with campus treatment providers and supervisors for cohesive care
• Maintain timely and precise clinical records
• Partner with administrative support team to enhance student care
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios
