Description
You will oversee daily drilling activities across multiple geothermal sites in the Northeast, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll manage field teams, enforce HSE regulations, control budgets, and coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to optimize operations and align with project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 7+ years experience overseeing drilling operations in geothermal or oil & gas
- Regional or multi-site oversight experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 required (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple geothermal drilling sites within assigned area
- Ensure drilling operations adhere to project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Enforce HSE regulations and conduct safety audits and risk assessments
- Lead and manage drilling crews, ensuring proper training and performance
- Manage drilling budgets, control costs, and generate progress reports
