You'll ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees at our Berlin-Mitte office. You'll take ownership of coordinating the office expansion and plan team events in collaboration with the People Team. You'll drive initiatives that foster a positive, engaging workplace.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations including mail and equipment orders
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Plan and execute team events in collaboration with People Team
  • Take ownership of coordinating the office expansion

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • German language skills at minimum B2 level
  • Experience in office management or similar role
  • Project coordination experience (e.g., office moves, events)
