You will drive the launch and growth of Coupang's ad sales in Taiwan by planning and executing sales programs, analyzing performance data, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize sales processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in e-commerce, advertising or related industry
• Experience in business operations and strategy execution
• Data-driven decision making through analysis
• Cross-functional project leadership from strategy to results
• Deep Excel expertise; Mandarin and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales programs to achieve targets
• Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly performance for optimization
• Manage and analyze sales pipelines to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to optimize sales processes
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Retail and Marketplace teams
