You will lead and scale the data science organization at Northbeam, owning the technical roadmap across MMM, incrementality, and AI-driven insights. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving high-impact modeling initiatives and shaping the team's structure for rapid growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data science or ML engineering roles
• 5+ years in people management roles with at least 5 direct reports including senior ICs
• Master's degree in statistics, econometrics, machine learning, or related quantitative field
• Proven experience leading multi-team technical initiatives in high-ambiguity environments
• Experience deploying production ML/DS systems in collaboration with Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own execution of data science roadmap across MMM, incrementality, and adjacent modeling initiatives
• Make technical judgment calls on modeling direction across causal inference, experimentation, time series, and applied ML
• Establish repeatable standards for model validation, deployment readiness, and release governance
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from problem framing through launch
• Manage and develop senior data scientists and technical leads, hire and mentor top talent
